You must present your cats vaccination cert before check-in.

Your cat must be neutered/spayed.

We do not accept cats with contagious diseases, fleas, worms or other parasites. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check your cat, de-flea and de-worm them before their arrival. There will be an additional fee for cats found to have any of the above and we will request that you collect your cat as soon as possible.

Please note our check-in and check-out times are Mon-Fri mornings 11am-12noon, Mon-Fri evenings 5.30pm-6.30pm, Saturdays 5.30pm-6.30pm, we do not have check-in or check-out on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Longer stays of 3 weeks + require a 50% deposit. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled booking will be charged the full amount.
